A Vactor truck vacuums wastewater, slurry, sediment and associated solids into an onboard tank located in the rear of the truck. Rivers Edge trucks are often referred to as eductor or vacuum-flush or more commonly, by the name of a particular brand, Vactor. Typically Vactor trucks are used to clean storm water and sewage drainage systems. Rivers Edge has expanded its usage to industrial cleaning, tank system cleaning, excavation support (pot-holing) and continues to find innovative ways to utilize this powerful tool. Additionally, Rivers Edge offers storm water and catch basin inspection and repair services, industrial cleaning, pipeline jetting services and 24-hour emergency response services.
Kemp's Rivers Edge Vactor provides waste stream profile sampling and tracking for customers in need of "cradle to grave" waste tracking and reporting services.

- Regulatory Agency Notification (if required)
Each waste collection event is tracked using waste manifests that are copied to the customer/generator following disposal. Facilities that require regular servicing may also be required to notify local or state
regulatory agencies of system maintenance and outfall sampling. Rivers Edge offers full regulatory compliance services as well as storm water management services allowing the property owner or manager complete storm water
maintenance within one company.
